* This is old-school retro chiptune, back before bands like
Anamanaguchi existed and started composing modern chiptune,
and before people started pining for some good old-fashioned
  game-like music.

* I'm not sure exactly where this piece is "from," if it's
from an old game or VN; I got it from an old keyboard pack
  I had lying around.

* The banner, however, is not stolen; I am not in the habit
of stealing others' banners for my own work. However, I'm
not quite sure where the pic is from, either, as it was one
of quite a few pieces of vibrant and colorful work I saved
from one of my major stints on 4chan many years ago, which
I happened to think fit the bill. My guess, however, is
that it probably first came from DeviantArt. I have no
confirmation, however, as I see no artist signature
  anywhere on the work.

* Expert has no rolls. You'll be following all the important
and prominent sounds, and there are even some 48ths thrown
  in there as necessary.

* Hard is rather complex for a 9. You'll be fighting
purple arrows and rolls the entire way through the song.
Still, a 9 it is; it isn't quite hard enough to be a 10.

* Medium is an easy-to-follow 7 with lots of rolls. There're
some purple arrows, but nothing a 7 player shouldn't be
able to best-guess at if they've never seen any before.

* Easy is a relatively docile 5. You aren't asked to hit
very many blue 8th notes: instead, you'll be asked to
hit many of the prominent rolls that Medium hits. If
you know what rolls are and how to play them, this won't
  be difficult at all.

* Novice is a 2, and only because, despite its consistency,
it is not organized quite as nicely as a 1, nor is it
  non-constant like a 1 would be (a 1 would give you huge
breaks between steps; that doesn't really happen here).
It also doesn't ask you to hit any rolls. So, while the
chart makes sense with the music (as well as a 2 can),
you may find yourself bored playing this song on this
  difficulty.
